This is fixed with tiptap v0.16.1

Ah, this is not related to your nested markup but to draggable nodes rendered with vue. Currently all javascript events inside a vue component are handled by vue. This is bad because sometimes your vue component have to communicate with prosemirror (e.g. for dragging a vue component). I pushed a quick fix for this. This is not perfect but should do it for now.
