move deserialize into its own plugin about plate HOT 6 CLOSED

If paste-md is using paste-html logic, the latter can then be a dependency of paste-md, so I would say we can let the deserialize function inside paste-html?

I think what we can do is to use the same deserializer from paste-html for now. until we improve it (reference: #75)

so I guess we need to tkae out the deserialize function out of both plugins? how would you prefer share that code between them? or we copy the paste-html function for now until we improve it??

is there an example of a plugin that depends on other plugin? should I import the function from teh relative path or how should I define the import?
