NFC User Dictionary about flipper HOT 1 CLOSED

The issue is the opposite with every firmware - Official, Unleashed, and RogueMaster overwrite the default dict with every install. Only RogueMaster overwrites the User one, hence my decision to not use the default. (If Official would merge in the changes again, I may continue with maintaining the single one.)

I also liked the ability to skip the user dict file as it’s only needed for some cards. It’s must faster to scan with default and then return to scan with the user one only if it didn’t work at first.

I realize this means my changes won’t be included by default. Best I can do is hope for word to spread to grab it via the “do this after flashing” instructions. I’m out of town this week and will review maintaining both upon my return. (Shouldn’t be difficult but it won’t solve this issue.)
