如果您使用 make 的話，用 make DOI=1 應該能產生帶有 doi 的 pdf 文件。
而如果您不是使用 make 的話，請在 thesis.tex 的設定字型之後加上一些設定：
\setCJKmainfont{標楷體} % 設定中文字型
\def\withdoi{1} % DOI 支援請加上這行
\def\firstpage{1} % 如果首頁要有浮水印和 DOI 請加上這行
\def\excludefirstpage{1} % 如果首頁不要有浮水印和 DOI 則加上這行from ntu-thesis.
