Hi,
You can do it this way:
# .husky/pre-commit
[ -f .husky/pre-commit.local ] && . .husky/pre-commit.local
It will check if there's a pre-commit.local
and source it. Add it to .gitignore
.

For posterity, I did it like this:
pre-commit
hook:
#!/usr/bin/env sh
. "$(dirname -- "$0")/_/husky.sh"
if [ -f "$(dirname -- "$0")/post-checkout.local" ]; then
. "$(dirname -- "$0")/post-checkout.local"
fi
In the same directory, you add your pre-commit.local
.
And in .gitignore
:
/.husky/*.local
...
from husky.
