Chinese (ZH) man page has invalid character code,about txt2tags/txt2tags

I cannot reproduce this error here (Mac OS X 10.6.4). The man page shows 
without any error.

Maybe it's a packaging problem? What's your system?

Anybody else is having this problem?

just tried with the 2.5 and 2.6 version of txt2tags. No problem for me (on 
Archlinux)

So I close this bug unless we get more from this user.
