I think I made some progress on automation with the CLI utility I added in the /makedata/ folder, which can download data from the TEA, filter it to include only what's relevant to the map, and output either JSON or a collection of CSVs. But that's still only half the problem, because I don't know how to change the map to get it to read the new files.

The CLI now outputs the data in the same form that the website reads, so that resolves the other part of the puzzle. But see the test coverage issue.
