Could be some nice combinators here, like some orElse on Injection[B, Either[B, A]] and Injection[B, C] to get Injection[B, Either[C, A]]

This is sort of confusing because the inverse of an injection isn't an injection. I think PartialFunctions are more what we want.

Edit: Now that I think about it, really what we want is like a PartialInjection. Then the inverse of a PartialInjection can also be a PartialInjection.

Yeah, I think the confusion is greater than the value. It can be made correct, but the name "inverse" is not so clear.
