[Timebox] Refactor Messaging and Calendar modules about twenty HOT 1 OPEN

Refactor Steps

1. Rearrange Modules:

   • Move files in twenty-server/src/messaging to twenty-server/src/modules/messaging.
   • Move files in twenty-server/src/calendar to twenty-server/src/modules/calendar.

2. Define Interfaces:

   • Create IMessagingService and ICalendarService interfaces in twenty-server/src/modules/interfaces.
   • Implement these interfaces in the respective service classes.

3. Update Imports:

   • Update all imports in the codebase to reflect the new paths for messaging and calendar modules.
   • Ensure all references to the old paths are updated to the new module paths.

4. Example Code:
