1.所有用户上传的图标不显示。
2.分支下拉框失效。
3.设置页面所有按钮失效。

之后，我尝试回退到9.5.8，和10.0.3一个样。
再次回退到9.5.2，终于正常了。
PS：我是直接从9.5.2升级到10.0.3的。
