You have other addons enabled in that error
Type in chat in game
/edebug on
Test. Do you still have the issue. Log out & back in to try to reproduce after edebug on.
If you still have the issue, type in chat in game
/estatus
And upload a FULL UI screenshot showing both the error (click on first to show the first error) and the status panel.
Also, disable all addons and test with the blizzard UI, do you get the error?

It looks like it was Shadow and Light Elvui

I don't see S&L mentioned in the error.
You will need to follow the troubleshooting instructions from S&L and if you still have issues, report to the authors of that addon.

Me neither. That's the weird part of it all. I've updated S&L to alpha version and all is good now.
