Okay this was actually a bit more work than I anticipated, in part because I needed to go back and clean up some code in contrast_code
and .switch_reference_level
. The algorithm for reordering the comparison labels needs to be reworked. Regardless, an as_is
function is now available to suppress moving the reference level and setting the dimnames. A warning should be thrown if as_is
is detected without the use of |
or if dimnames
is not specified already.
