Replace Compass dependency with Bourbon about ghost HOT 3 CLOSED

How about moving to grunt-sass or even stylus + nib? Then Ghost has one less dependency (Ruby).

We can absolutely use grunt-sass, but that doesn't relate to this issue - which is about a mixin library, not a compiler :)

I'm ok with a Ruby dependency here as this only affects admin UI CSS work, nothing else, so it should affect a very limited number of people - most of whom most likely already have Ruby installed.

SASS get's really slow on large projects, specially with Compass compile times easily go into double digits, which amounts to a whole lot of waiting. I thought I'd suggest it now, since after this point a move like this will only become harder/riskier.
