Unsure about this. There are substantial differences between our and ActiGraph's implementation (see #14). However, our implementation is significantly quicker (~ 7x) then ActiGraph's implementation and already now a bottleneck in the analysis pipeline
Time comparison:
PAAT: 52.3 ms ± 762 µs
Pygt3x: 368 ms ± 4.97 ms

As mentioned in #14, it seems like that the differences come from a bug in pygt3x and not from our code. Given that our code is also ~7x faster, this is a feature which I'll put on
wontfix
from paat.
