I'm observing the same mod behavior as official integration.

I tried to launch the game with this a couple of times, but it doesn't seem to easily reproduce for me.

I can reproduce it quite frequently with PBM (another hurricane OC will also do it, but PBM seems to trigger this quite frequently).

The issue is mod compatibility with https://mod.io/g/drg/m/visual-removal-package-but-3d-visuals-only, I can reproduce it with that mod alone on PBM (plus sandbox utils for testing).

Closing this issue as not-a-bug: this happens on official mod integration as well, not a mod integration issue but an issue with the mod itself.

I did not restart the game after I installed with official mod support... I can't repro this on official.
