Not a bug. You’re running TrueNAS SCALE 22.12.4.2 or earlier, please update to 23.10 if you wish to install/update apps. Thanks!

It is running on
I have just updated from TrueNAS-SCALE-23.10.1 just to make sure.
But I still get the error. Do I may miss something after the update?

Well your missing info from your bug report, we need configuration screenshots, saying defaults and install it.
Actually this chart is in Dev, aka not working, so yep, that explains it.

Thx for your response. It worked some month ago and now I would like to use it. Never mind I installed as custom one. Seems okay from there.
