IPv8 Service Native Module about covid-19-recovery-identification HOT 2 CLOSED

Successfully turned IPv8's service into a npm module. Now the root project just needs to be rebuilt so that it imports the service as a dependency.

Rebuilt the whole project, so that the IPv8 service itself is a separate module, which can be reused with other npm projects. The application is now located in the immune folder. The code is not in its final state, since there are two major changes coming up, which will transform the code base. After them, the code will be reworked and properly tested.
