@amyjsdavis : it seems that the output is now stored in directory data/results
instead of data/processed
as discussed in this issue. And also the subdirectory plants
should not be there, I think? Use instead the taxon key as discussed above. In this way we know which taxa are tackled. I think dividing them by kingdom is not really relevant.
