Oh I also saw you called a lot of pip, which is part of python2 and has reached end of life.
You could circumvent rewriting everything to pip3 by just aliassing pip to pip3

Hi Jeroen,

I've just submitted a pull request to fix compatibility with latest mrtrix3 version (KUL_main_functions.sh)
Regarding the pip and pip3, this is only the case (that pip belongs to python2) on older Linux systems (perhaps also on Mac OSX), where both python2 and python3 exist simultaneously... This is not the case on most new systems, where pip is actually from python3.#, and other versions exist as python3.10 and python2.7 for example.

I will close this issue for now, as the PR #40 should have fixed it.
