I'd be interested in implementing this, but I haven't been able to find out much about broadcasts. There doesn't seem to be anything in the docs about them. What exactly are broadcasts?

Messages that can be displayed for specific users, repositories or globally in the web interface, for instance to announce maintenance, problems with your account etc.

Thanks! I'm almost done with the test for it, but I don't have an example to go off of (my account has no broadcasts). What might a broadcast look like?
