Add RSS/Atom to notifications docs about docs-travis-ci-com HOT 3 CLOSED

Atom feeds are not notification mechanisms, so I do not believe that belongs there.

It should be documented in api, though.

An Atom feed may not be a push mechanism, but from the user perspective it is most certainly a form of notification. I would not have thought to look in the API documentation because I am typing an URL into an RSS app, not writing a script.

So (1) please don't close this issue until you have actually documented something somewhere, and (2) please consider adding an "Atom/RSS notification" section to http://docs.travis-ci.com/user/notifications/ just with a link to whatever is eventually added to the API documentation.

Added a separate page for Atom feeds.

Imo it makes sense to have these in the user documentation as they're at a slightly higher level than our API. Not everyone looks at the API doc, so the documentation is a good place to make this feature known.
