It is, of course, a good idea to “build locally” during development, since it’s much quicker.

Hello Chris, I use EAS to generate Production Builds, but the big difference is now in development mode. Before I only needed to run "npx expo start" to open Metro Bundler and test the application on the Android Emulator, but now I need to run "npx run:android" which causes a very long compilation. When I tried to run the project with "npx expo start" the RN did not recognize the Plugin installation and generated the error "Cannot read property 'ready' of null". Only when I built it in Bare workflow was the plugin recognized.

I really don’t have much experience with Expo; I only learned enough to build an Expo plugin.

Ok Chris, I don't necessarily see this as a problem, especially since you created the configuration plugin, which helps the configuration process a lot. Well, I'll continue with my tests and if anything happens I'll call it again. Thanks.
