We’re unsure about the use case and the traction it will receive. We are going to leave the status as kind/proposal to give the community time to let us know if they would like this idea.

The redirect status codes are defined by RFCs:

• https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7538

I mistyped in my original example there, I meant to demonstrate the need for 303. Browsers will redirect PUT to PUT for 302, but 303 will redirect PUT to GET. I don’t think supporting 303 would be out of spec for redirects. Is there a way we could add support for this case?
