Support gps103 Alarm Command. about traccar HOT 6 CLOSED

So, basically pay attention to the part that says "tracker", in that segment of the GPRS data frame, the GPS103 sends alerts like "help me", "stockade", "acc alarm", "door alarm".
the full protocol and the commands to send to the GPS are inside the document.

Hello, can you please explain this part better ?
How can I access to additional fields that are not prepared in several gps models, I really don't understand this at all, as long as I know, Im forcing the program to insert the gps data into a table using:

START TRANSACTION;
INSERT INTO avl_database.positions(course,device_id,latitude,longitude,power,speed,time,valid)
VALUES (:course,:device_id,:latitude,:longitude,0,:speed,:time,:valid);
COMMIT;

So, please explain again to me this part, where do i have to put what, to be able to also insert into the database the sim phone number and the alarm message ?

Is this working in the version 2.1? I am using gps 103 protocol in version 2.0 and there is no column named Extended info, but I've seen that in version 2.1, that column is there.
