I am not sure if this tracker is supported by traccar server.
To configure server you only need to add IMEI number through web interface (http://localhost:8082). Then configure tracker to appropriate port and you are good to go...

If you have tracker protocol specifications I can help with configuring it to correct port. If you don't, another option is to capture network traffic from tracker (with wireshark for example), it could help reverse engineering protocol.

I wasn't able to find MF2200 on Wialon web site. If it is Teltonika FM2200, it is supported now, more info here - #14
