Unfortunately I don't speak Spanish... so I don't really understand your question.
Anyway, 38600 is just a random client port, it doesn't have any special meaning.

tcp 0 0 50.116.xx.xx: 9000 187.210.71.48:38600 ESTABLISHED
tcp 0 0 50.116.xx.xx: 9000 187.210.71.48:38600 ESTABLISHED
Tananaev I have a doubt, the ip 50.116.xx.xx, on my local server, the port I'm hearing is 9000, with the command: netcat-l 9000
In both cases, I see the ip: 187.210.71.48, is to my tracker, and if I get some information on the tcp socket, but, what the number 38600 means? assuming that the remote device, also is sending the info on port 9000?

check my previous comment, 38600 is just a random number, it doesn't mean anything...
