Yea these two together will basically not work. Don't think there is anything I can do about that, maaaaaybe the dev on Emotecraft can, if he has the time for that.

I think he is aware of that, since that feature is kinda old when it was in the First-Person mod. The basic issue is that the arms can't bend. They are a solid cube. To get them to bend for these animations, it uses afaik. tons of math+shader magic. Not sure if that can be just applied to the 3d layer model, or if that won't work since it's not a single cube.

This was semi resolved. Depending on versions/releases it should work now.
