Suggestion: add /town set explosives to the perm list, to allow only resident/etc vs all about towny HOT 11 CLOSED

you mean allow residents to bypass the mayors setting?

The rough idea would be the mayor still sets all settings
/towny set perm resident explosive on would allow residents to manually trigger TNT
while something akin to the current /towny set explosive on would allow redstone
The issue becomes the former would run off of player_interact while redstone on entity_explode.
Without some inventive coding theyre going to conflict.

Ill mess with it a bit myself and see if I can come up with a decent method.
