Syntax highlighting only partially works about mediawiker HOT 4 CLOSED

Which color scheme you are using? I'm using Twilight.

I'm using the default Monokai. Changing to twilight makes a big difference. Is there a reason it doesn't work well w/ the default?

Mediawiker using unchanged version of syntax highlighting from Textmate Mediawiki bundle.. (https://github.com/textmate/mediawiki.tmbundle).
The same scopes maybe shown differently in various schemes - it's correct not only for mediawiki syntax.
For example: different background for html parts in php source files - visible with not all schemes.

Useful updates to syntax highlighting file are welcome :)

Yes I was actually looking at those yesterday. I'm considering tackling the REGEX beast to actually get this improved, but I'd have to find the time between work and family. That's a hard thing to do these days. If I get a chance I'll do what I can.
