TorahCalc

New website and API for TorahCalc

TorahCalc is a resource for Torah study started in 2015, sometimes referred to as "the Jewish Wolfram Alpha". It provides a variety of tools for biblical and Talmudic unit conversions, Gematria calculations, Hebrew calendar and Zmanim information, and more.

This project is a complete rewrite of the original site, which was built with plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The new site is built with Svelte and SvelteKit, uses Nearley for parsing queries, and also includes a REST API for programmatic access to the site's features.
