Ok... Found my problem!
update_index('tours', urgent: true) { self }
from chewy.
At first, update_index('tours#tour') { self }
, next, please read about observing strategies cafefully
https://github.com/toptal/chewy#observing-strategies. It is much better to use Chewy.atomic block, to avoid often indexing.

Added warning to the readme, btw

As i understand correctly atomic is only usefull when i have multiple saves in the same controller action? right? So i can wrap them in one atomic update to index... So if i have simple controller actions with single create\save per action.. urgent option is ok...?
from chewy.
Yeah, but you can not guarantee there will be only one save in future, so it is the best strategy to add atomic block to controller and forget about it. And use urgent update in particular cases only.
