Gage does not show at all when value is 0 about justgage HOT 3 CLOSED

Hello. thanks for reporting this. Strange. I guess behavior under IE is somewhat "volatile". I was testing and testing it before, and did not witness any of this under any version of IE.

I'll do another round of testing targeting specifically this issue, and try to patch it up if possible. Die, IE! :)
