the daio has basic functionality for contributing, launching, and liquidating. implement the architecture for "proposal" to send the funds somewhere (arbitrary address, probably a contract address on a dex to trade). members must be able to propose and vote with a majority required to execute the proposal. a good template: https://ethereum.org/dao

math operations should use "safe" operations to prevent overflows. refactor the math operations to use the "safe" ones

when the fund liquidates, the total fund amount is distributed evenly among all members. depending on the total amount, there will be rounding remainders. make sure the fund is using correct amounts for distribution and that the remainder is rolled over to the next iteration
