虽然更新后可改滚轮速度，但根本问题是翻滚手感生硬，和网站滚轮区别太大，没有网站丝滑 orz

没办法，这是qt的问题，大量使用CPU绘制，需要把项目迁移到Qt的QML才能彻底解决了
