seems like a strange behavior of scp, i'll see if it's capable of handling shell quoting

I found that the whitespaces escaped with the '' works fine, but I don't know how to get such string in plumbum.
I had the same problem in bash scripts, and the following command works:
scp '/var/ftp/deploy/images/current/MgmtVM/MgmtVM.ovf' '[email protected]:/vmfs/volumes/4f41cb66-5f5228fd-e818-001cc06d4ba7/Test\ Cloud\ 1\ -\ Management/MgmtVM.ovf'
Note that the entire path should be quoted anyway.
