It could be because of less members, and etc.
Try checking guildCreate event

Have you tried inviting the bot to any other servers?

i guess there is a limit to how many servers this bot can be in : 2 servers.
my reason to say this : when my bot was in 1 test server i made it to join another test server, it joined without an issue.
but when i made it join my original server. it joined and left. then i made it leave my 1st test server, and made it join my original server, it joined without any issue! 😕

That isn't why
Does your server have any bots that have features like anti-alt enabled where it will kick new accounts (assuming your bot profile was created recently)
