Build for Scala 2.12 about data-flare HOT 2 CLOSED

Deequ library isn't published to scala 2.12. There is a PR for that but unclear when/if they will action that - awslabs/deequ#253

Possibly best option is to remove Deequ support from this library.... Otherwise it means separating the code such that for 2.11 there is a version with support for Deequ checks, and another version for Scala 2.12 which doesn't support Deequ checks. Would mean some more fiddly maintenance work in general, though is possible. Think I will remove Deequ support for now. Can always re-introduce that later if Deequ supports Scala 2.12, or if there is some demand for the Deequ checks to be included back here.

NOTE TO SELF:
[X] - Once Scala 2.12 version is published I should update the badges on the readme before closing this issue
[X] - Need to update release plugin to properly deploy across both versions
[X] - Released new version for 2.12 but still need to release for 2.11 (didn't happen as I forgot about required changed to build.sbt for that to work smoothly)
