There's no way to make it so that only one person obtains it if not disabling it which would result in no one obtaining the Superpower. Best you could do is tell your friends that whoever gets it first should be the only one

Considering there are many Khonshu Temple Structures, it means there are more possibilities for people to become Moon Knight so no there won't be just one
