This is done on the gb-ruby-readline branch (it was wonderfully simple, only the Gemfile needed to change).

I've not used this readline implementation before though, so I'm going to try this out for a few days before opening a PR.

rb-readline wasn't great (see #55 for that failed experiment).

Maybe we should try this instead: https://github.com/h3rald/rawline

No Ruby Readline implementation I've tried has worked well, and for the proposed C fix for #121 we're going to need to stop supporting libedit anyway and require a more fully featured C implementation.
