About the ImageStreamTag, it's not directly created (and should not ?) by the Pipeline, right ? When pushing to the internal registry during testing I had an ImageStreamTag automatically appear.

the ImageStream created by the package list pipeline contains an owner reference pointing at the PipelineRun that created it, so that deleting the PR also deletes the ImageStream

If I remember correctly, the ownerRef should be to the CRE resources directly.

Another improvement, which I purposefully left out in the initial pipelines, is implementing the baseImage selection based on the "runtimeEnvironment", which isn't considered at all for now.
Should we put that here or in another issue ?
