According to your video, it looks like if happens, if you set the FAQ with the ID 2 as sticky, it also checks all FAQs with the IDs 20 to 29.

You're right. I just found a logic behind this. If I check the FAQ with the ID 1 as sticky, it also checks all FAQs with the IDs 10 to 19.
If number 3 is checked, FAQs with the IDs 30 to 39 are set as sticky.
