Your question is related about redmine configuration.
I can give you some tips, but the redmine team will be more able to help you.

If you need to restrict the reading/writing permissions you can assign roles to groups (see http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/RedmineRoles).
This way each repository will only be writable/readable if the user belongs to a group that on that project as a role with writing/reading permissions.

Notice that if you don't configure Redmine.pm the user will only have reading permissions.
In that case, please refer to your svn server documentation to see how to restrict write and read permissions by ldap group.

OK! I understand, but is that the plugins ldapsync is necessary to create my groups in Redmine with their role syncronise with groups of active directory registered in each repository. Thank you for your help!
