I've tried to use this module to create HTTPS listener, but it didn't work when certificate thumbprint is provided.
Scanning through the code, I wasn't able to find path for processing situation when listener is null AND certificate != self.

When some of the WinRM settings are controlled via GPO an access denied error is generated when the DSC tries to set those values (even if to the same value). Would be great if the DSC compared the current value to the dsc value and only set the value if different.
