On the official website maybe it was because I of me deploying a new version. I assume it's because of the build, make sure to remove the build folder before building the app.
If you had more info when or why this happens please share it here so I can investigate.

Seems like the problem is reCAPTCHA couldn't be loaded. Will work on it.
Also, did you disabled the JS or are you on any specific internet connection that may block the reCAPTCHA?
