@poliarush This was done intentionally. indicating the project is wrong.

expected behavior
- the whole process should be failed however tests without errors should be imported
- import report should display successfully imported tests however there should an error shown that occurred during import

The issue was retested on check-tests v. 0.8.12 and verified as fixed
from check-tests.
