The root cause for this should be addressed as part of #21. zz will not work since it's a multikey command. No multikey command will work properly inside multicursor mode at this point. Supporting multikey commands will not be trivial since there'll need to be a way to detect the 'end' of a command sequence. Doing this generically across all modes while taking into account user's custom mappings will be difficult to implement. Closing this for now in favor of #21.
