This really should be mentioned in the README. I'll add a notice shortly, but your mapping won't work with the current state of the plugin. <leader>m and similar for others require 2 keystorkes. In multicursor mode, only single key stroke commands are supported. (This is also the reason why multikey commands like ciw won't work in normal mode either). Ctrl, Shift, Meta, and Command are considered special keys and they work as well. Sorry for the limitation, getting multikey commands to work in the future is the next big task for this plugin.

May be we can keep this open as a feature request for sequence keys mapping.
