GPU libraries not found in Google Colab Pro about tensorflow HOT 4 OPEN

Sorry for the delay, I will give some solutions to your issue.

1. First Thing you need to change runtime type 'CPU' to 'T4-GPU'.
2. After that you need to install 'CUDA' version by using below code.

!pip install tensorflow[and-cuda]

After these 2 steps gpu will work on your colab. Here i am providing gist for your reference.

Thanks for the response. My issue was resolved, however GPU is not available as a runtime now. Although I just purchased 100 compute units to make sure of its availability but still I get the attached message! whats going on ??

And my purchased compute units will slowly go down the drain even if u-used. You guys are stealing my money. I am a colab pro user with 100 compute units and I cant still use a T4-GPU !!
