Look into using poltergeist with a remote debugger about poltergeist HOT 5 CLOSED

Initial work in 91d6198. At the moment it works for debugging the Poltergeist code, but not for other pages.

Debugging sub-pages requires a phantomjs patch: ariya/phantomjs#209.

Ideal workflow will be something like:

• page.driver.debugger will launch the browser and open the inspector for the current page.
• page.driver.pause will pause execution and wait for the user to press return.

By default the phantomjs script should autorun, but there should be some way to disable this in order to debug poltergeist itself.
