Unfortunately, this seems to be a bug in Safari when using Conditional UI. We've already invested a lot of time to solve this problem on our side, but so far without success.

Hi @swimmingninja,
we encountered even more issues with serval browsers in combination with conditional UI, so we decided to deactivate the support for conditional UI by default. Please update to 0.0.17-alpha and have a look at the experimental features section. You can still turn on the support, but by updating to the newest version, your issue should be gone and the passkey registration button should work every time.
